Forensibus is intent on protecting your privacy and keeping your trust in reference to the personal details (including name, email address, or phone number) we collect and receive from you, which also includes the details connected to your previous use of Forensibus services. Forensibus shall not be held liable for disclosure of the student Information in accordance with this Privacy Commitment or in terms of any other agreements with you.

  • Forensibus may collect and use your personal details submitted by you, such as  Contact Details – Name, E-mail Id, Postal Address and Telephone Number, Academic and Professional Details

  • If you need to access certain content or additional features of the services, then you need to register by submitting a registration form, in which additional details may be requested.

  • We may disclose the Student's Information to third parties, without limitation, for the following reasons and you hereby give your irrevocable consent for the same:-

  • To comply with legal requirements, legal processes, legal or regulatory directive/instruction

  • To enforce the Terms and Conditions of the products or services

  • To protect or defend our rights, interests, and property or that of our associates and affiliates

  • Our employees or for fraud prevention purposes or as permitted or required by law.

  • The personal details given by you to us are used to accomplish your requirements for products and services.

  • We use your details also to improve our services, respond to your requests, inquiries, and comments, and notify you about changes and updates.

  • Your personal will also help us to provide you with special offers, promotions, and any other information regarding our services.

  • Your comments and feedback help us in enhancing, evaluating, and improving our services and working safely and securely.

  • Forensibus uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure and will not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law.

  • When it’s a prerequisite, Forensibus may sometimes share your personal details with relevant agents, representatives, applicable suppliers, and service providers, our affiliates, to assist us in a better way in agreement with the terms of this confidentiality statement.

  • We may also share your information with our affiliated group companies globally that wish to send any information about their services that may be of your interest as determined by your choices.

  • Other than sharing we disclose your details until and unless required to do so by law, or court orders just to defend against legal claims; to detect, investigate and help to prevent fraud, and to protect the rights, of properties.

  • Access to your personal details is given to those who reasonably required it and whom we trust otherwise we take special care and precaution to secure your personal details.

Terms & Conditions

Forensibus reserves the right to change prices, to cancel, alter or update services to amend timetables at any time prior to the allotment, and to make additions or amendments to these terms and conditions without notifying you. By paying your service fees you agree to comply with the Forensibus Regulations and Policies as revised periodically with the Statements and Codes of Policy, Practice, and Procedure which are made under them. 

  • The client must ensure that the Lab fees for the service and all other charges related to the service are paid by the deadline notified. We will not be responsible for any non-payment even in the case of payment made by a third party.  

  • Forensibus reserves the right to refuse your service to the specific service if you have not paid all compulsory fees and other charges before the service commences.

  • If any client cancels his/her service before 12 hours he/she will be entitled to a full refund.

Forensibus will be entitled to terminate the terms and conditions and cease to provide the client with any service with immediate effect in the event if they:

  1. Fail to pay required Fees

  2. Behave in an aggressive, bullying, offensive, threatening, or harassing manner 

  3. Fudge or cheat or plagiarise or steal any work which the client is required to prepare or submit in connection with us

  4. Intentionally or under intoxication harass our employees or trainees or commit any unlawful activity 

  5. Breach any of these terms and conditions.

  • We may make visual and/or audio recordings of clients during their service period if needed.
