I am Shweta Sharma, a Counseling and a Forensic Psychologist, working as a Consultant to Forensibus.

Hello!

Background

I am a professional counselor and forensic psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate their emotional well-being and assisting in legal settings. With a deep understanding of human behavior and the complexities of the mind, I strive to provide support, guidance, and expert insights to those in need.I pursued a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. This program equipped me with the necessary skills to provide counseling services to individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and personal growth. I am trained in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. This diverse skill set allows me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual client.

In addition to my counseling expertise, I am also a forensic psychologist, specializing in the intersection of psychology and the law. This unique area of practice involves applying psychological principles to legal matters, such as criminal investigations, court proceedings, and assessments of mental competency. I have received specialized training in forensic assessment techniques, such as evaluating competency to stand trial, assessing the risk of violence, and conducting psychological evaluations for court-ordered purposes. I work closely with legal professionals, law enforcement agencies, and the justice system to provide objective and comprehensive psychological evaluations and expert opinions.

As a counselor and forensic psychologist, my primary goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe in the power of therapy to facilitate personal growth, resilience, and healing. Whether someone is facing a specific challenge, seeking personal development, or dealing with the aftermath of a traumatic event, I am dedicated to helping them navigate their journey toward improved mental well-being.
